I'm still uncertain about 1st and 3rd positions. I did some research before posting here, and I know that Protect Me! synergizes with Highwayman's Duelist's Advance, and I could use the Highwayman in my build, too, since dodging an attack still grants riposte. So, assuming we stick with the Antiquarian in the back with Invig, what are some good compositions for seizing as much Dodge as I can? Ive had experience using every other class except for this one so Im just a bit lost as to how I should use them. I'm trying to rectify that after my first foray into the Darkest Dungeon ended catastrophically. Im trying to complete the caretaker goals and levelling an antiquarian to level 6 is the only one I have left apart from the darkest dungeon quests. Typically, I don't think about comps much past 2 Healers in the back, DPS in the middle, and Tank up front, sometimes 2 Tanks up front.
I want to make a Darkest Dungeon-viable team comp centered around keeping Antiquarian in the back. She often keeps my party alive through a combination of Invigorating Vapours/Get Down!/Fortifying Vapours and +Dodge/Healing Skill Trinkets. I actually like the Antiquarian, beyond more than just grinding out gold. This comp works wonders for me, and it can for you too with 9 monthly payments of 99.95. Alternatively, you increase crit with Critical Dice and Dark Bracer if youre going for dark runs. (I'm playing DD on Switch so Color of Madness hasn't dropped yet, just a heads up) Bright Tamb is good for support, the bloody dice and bleed charm is more or less necessary for a DPS jester.
